Jesus

Today will have to go down into the history books as a disaster of a day.  Started the day off with 5 consecutive losses was one thing, clawing back to BE was another, then completely losing the plot before getting saved by a last ditch round of selling was another.

Result = +13, but jesus what a shit of a day I performed.  It was a ridiculous roller coaster ride capped off by implosion of discipline at the end, and only some forex god managed to turn my fortune around.

I'm not really sure why this week has been so poor (mentally, emotionally & trading-wise), but I feel a tremendous sense of needing to catch-up, which could be one of the root causes.

UPDATE: the market is playing a JOKER on me.  Classic flip mins after end of sector 13, E/U rallies hard for +55.  This is what happens when you let your guard down.  Normal opportunities which you would have traded slips by due to lack of focus, TILTed up (or a misguided focus on a trade gone wrong).

UPDATE 2:  It was a huge JOKER.  Ended up being +70 on the way down.  Price then settled, reversed +160 up.  I managed to catch +7 bringing me up to +20 for the day.
